Arcadia, CA – USC Arcadia Hospital and the American
Red Cross will host four blood drives on the hospital campus during the
coming weeks in an effort to relieve a local shortage.
The entire country is facing a severe blood shortage as the coronavirus
outbreak has reduced donations at a time when demand remains strong. Nearly
2,700 Red Cross blood drives have been canceled across the country due
to concerns about COVID-19, resulting in 86,000 fewer blood donations
compared to last year. Please find the time to donate.
