Wine Tasting Event Hosted by Mary Winners

On Wednesday, November 11 guests gathered at Monrovia’s California Wine and Cheese shop to enjoy great wine, great company for a great cause. The mood was relaxing as guests gathered in a soothing environment to meet and mingle and hear more about Club 300, a young donors group raising money for emergency services at .  In attendance were community leaders and local business representatives all sharing in the spirit of the evening.

Carmen Thibault, Foundation Board Member and Co-chair of Partners in Health addressed the cozy group about the importance of their involvement with as she talked about the many opportunities available to become involved.

Mike Driebe, President of Methodist Hospital Foundation spoke the significance of philanthropy. He talked about the mission of and how important it is to engage younger community members to become involved with their hospital. He invited every guest in attendance to take a tour of the hospital and to “get to know their community hospital”.

Mary Winners, Club 300 Committee Member, ended by thanking her guests for their attendance and invited each and every person in attendance to become a member of Club 300.
