On Wednesday, October 27, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Club 300 hosted its second Speaker Event featuring Dr. Elizabeth Lee, Board Certified General Surgeon. Dr. Elizabeth Lee’s topic on “Breast Wellness” was an educational presentation on the latest best practices in diagnosing and treating breast cancer and prevention.
The presentation’s format was an open dialogue with Club 300 members as Dr. Lee answered questions and covered the latest information regarding “Breast Wellness.” Dr. Lee provided our guests with take home information as well as providing a model which our guests had the opportunity to feel abnormalities and better understand what to look for during a self exam.
Evelyn Greathouse, Club 300 committee member thanked Dr. Lee for her presentation and Club 300 guests for attending. Club 300 members and potential members gathered for a nice tea reception.
