History Of Methodist Hospital's Health Ministries

Methodist Hospital was founded by the Women's Home Missionary Society of The Methodist Church (United Methodist Women) in recognition of the Church's responsibility in the healing ministry. Methodist Hospital is dedicated to provide high-quality health care to the community and to care for the patient as a whole person with emotional and spiritual dimensions as well as physical needs. Methodist will continue to lead in the development and delivery of services that will improve the health of the communities we serve.
