The Goals of Methodist Hospital's Health Ministries

• To facilitate a process that promotes self-direction and program ownership.
• To provide health education and activities in faith communities that promote health, healing and wholeness.
• To provide training to volunteers interested in the health program.
• To work collaboratively with community agencies to access health care resources and provide services, with an emphasis on the poor, underserved and elderly.
